I am thoroughly enjoying taking sewing lessons with Kavi! She is prepared and organized, arriving at my first lesson with a lesson plan and knowledge of the computerized sewing machine I inherited from my mother. As a total beginner, I needed a really good instructor, and Kavi is the perfect fit. I’m floored at how much I’ve learned in my first few lessons. Just as important as her skills, she’s a truly lovely person to be around. I highly recommend Kavi!

I had so much fun taking the Sleeves + Pants class! Kavi clearly explained complex concepts about calculating proportions and showed me how to measure properly. I now feel like I have a solid foundation and will be able to work with patterns on my own. Kavi is an excellent teacher and I had a lot of fun!
